Amazon Frontlines
Non-profit organisation working with Indigenous communities to protect the Amazon rainforest.
Amazon Frontlines works alongside Indigenous communities in the Upper Amazon to protect rainforest ecosystems and strengthen their rights to land and self-determination. Through legal action, advocacy and community-led monitoring, it helps Indigenous peoples secure their ancestral territories and defend them against oil extraction, mining and deforestation. The organisation also supports Indigenous-led education and local leadership, contributing to the long-term protection of the rainforest and the communities that depend on it.
